The combo kit comes everthing you need for an instant BBK.
Installation Note:
Front kit: The rotor has the same size as stock but is thicker (32mm vs. 25mm) so you must acquire Model S front 4 pot calipers for installation.
Rear kit: The rotor is ovesized to 355mm (from 335mm), required longer brackets are included for installing with stock OE calipers.
