RB CCB system kit advantage:
- System is designed, engineered, and manufactured by RB.
- Caliper bodies are precisely machined from forged aluminum alloy, stronger and more rigid than OE calipers.
- Calipers are made with internal dust seals, no dust boots to burn out like OE.
- Caliper pistons are machined from 304SS bar stock with very low heat transfer rate (~1/10 of aluminum), machined with thin wall cut to save the weight, excellent dimensional stability under elevated temperature, maintain one solid piece integrity - Never deformed or corroded.
- Pistons barrels are finished with lapping finish before receiving chrome plating to assure smooth seal movement for the lasting durability.
- Our calipers NEVER requires anti knock-back springs like others.
- CCM discs (front and rear) are made with long carbon fibers (vs. OE chopped fibers), stonger and more durable than OE.
- Brake pads are fully compatible with Corvette ZR1/Camaro Z28, Ferrari F430 Scuderia, F458, California so lots of choice at lower cost than OE.
Design & Installation notes:
- Brake kit is made for a direct bolt-on installation to OE spindles w/o requiring any modification.
- Calipers and rotors are fully interchangeable & compatible with OE
