Zl1 ccm z28 brake kit by RB
I purchased the carbon ceramic brake kit from RB brakes for my 2017 camaro ZL1. The main purpose was weight savings which was. Approximately 61 pounds total. The rotational weight loss benefits are actually noticeable driving it. The car feels like it has better throttle response. Not a placebo but actually noticed. It took about 500 miles to completely break in the pads and rotors and after that it’s amazing how well they stop. Gives one a lot of confidence while driving. The kit installed very easily with basic hand tools. The rear caliper bolts need to have about 1.5mm or .060inch removed from the end of the bolts. Other than that they fit and perform perfectly and directly replace the oem steel brakes. Great product. And I wasn’t paid for this review. I paid full retail and picked them up in person. Would recommend them. Great job RB
