Kit includes:
- 2 ea 2 pc front rotors (355x32mm)
- 2 ea 2 pc rear rotors (355x32mm)
- 1 set caliper spacers to shim up the calipers to better fit the rotor edge (see illustration below)
- 1 set brake pads - Optional
Rotors are made to replace stock Brembo 2 pc rotors on ACR-X with TA pads or as an upgrade for both ACR & non ACR models from 2003 and up.
Replacement components:
- Front pads: PD1001 (=TA pads)-RB rotors have wider annulus for more pad coverage than OE (60mm vs OE 52mm)
- Rear pads: PD968 (Same as Non TA front pads)
- Rotor rings: D403-06 (Same for front & Rear)
The OE pad edge contact diameter is only 348mm resulting a 3.5mm rusty rings with a 355mm rotor. We include a spacer kit for installing (between the spindle and caliper) for a perfect fit which can also increase the braking performance for a larger pad swiping area and better look with the elimination of the undesirable rusty lips.

RB 2pc rotor kit includes a caliper spacer kit (front & rear) for a proper alignment between the brake pad and rotor edge. (Not applicable for used rotors which the lips already formed)
Spacers are to be installed between caliper and spindle.
RB Kit Advantages:
- TA pads (Larger than non-TA pads)
- Increase the pad swiping area (larger rotor diameter 355 vs. 348mm) and friction efficiency
- Eliminate the undesirable rusty lips
- Better performance and look.
