What hardware should I buy for my two piece rotors (OE or aftermarket)?

OE two piece rotor: (eg. EVO, GTR, Jeep Trackhawk, Hellcat etc.)

Disc has ROUND mounting holes
Hardware is the same as for CCM (RB P/N: ML1) but use shorter I-block due to thinner tab.
Replacement disc price DOES NOT include hardware, customer must purchase them separately

Aftermarket two piece rotor: (Brembo, Stoptech) for OE rotor replacement or big brake kit

Disc has OBLONG mounting hole
